The Referee's Association is on the look out for young and not so young aspiring people who would like to become involved with refereeing or becoming a referee. (As long as you're mobile). Otherwise you may be interested in becoming a Referee Assessor.

Retention

The Referee's Association is always looking at ways and means to retain the people at the sharp end of the whistle. Keeping referees motivated and happy is a key role of the Referee's association.
